Michael was very good about keeping us updated and sharing photos throughout the project, in addition to our family member also following up on the progress of the project..  This project was completed throughout the seasonal monsoon, which was one of the worst rains AZ has ever seen.  On one occasion during the heavy rains, Michael and his son went above and beyond by removing / drying out water that accumulated in the laundry room during these rains.  And, Michael did an excellent job of honoring our bottom line budget.  Michael went so far as to use a few supplies (eg, lumbar) that he had left over in his shop and provided that to us at no cost so that the full repair could be made on budget. <br /> My husband and I cannot say enough about Michael Rocco / Canyon Meadows Remodel & Repair.  Our old family house will need additional repairs down the road as we can afford it, and I promise you that we will continue to use Canyon Meadows throughout.  We were truly blessed to have found Canyon Meadows; and we have Angie's List to thank, as well. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"We discovered our back door had been installed wrong by a previous person and hired Old Bisbee Enterprises to fix it. They removed the doors, parts of the floor which had been damaged by the water leakage due to the poor previous installation and some of the sheetrock around the door. They then re-built the door, floor and parts of a wall. They re-installed the inside door and the security door. They did an amazing job and it looks beautiful! In the process we also discovered we had to have a gutter over this door and they took care of that as well. They were on time every day, worked very hard and did the work for what the estimate said it would cost. These guys are very professional and do amazing work. This is the second job they have done for us. We will hire them again if needed!"

"Excellent!!! The Delta Mechanical technicans called and arrived on schedule. Their work was quick and efficient and they kept us informed throughout the installation. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards (something we rarely see in technicians.) When the original compressor that they installed failed, they refused to just troubleshoot and replace parts (as the manufacturer wanted them to), instead they worked with the manufacturer to replace the entire compressor. They did not "reschedule" us for a later date to replace the failed compressor, but installed it the very next day (which was as soon as they could get it from the distributor.)"
