"Paul did a great job, as usual. I had an outdoor water faucet that's been steadily losing water pressure, to the point that it was mostly unusable. The problem was a clogged galvanized section of pipe, which he replaced with proper copper piping. He also found a small leak that I didn't even know about in the basement pipes. He replaced a crazy looking shower arm/head with something that now looks like it was installed by a professional. He checked the bathroom and kitchen sinks for any leaks and replaced a jiggling handle on a toilet that was causing it to run after flushing. If you're looking for a great plumber, look no further. Paul is honest, has very reasonable prices, he's very responsive, and he's truly a pleasure to deal with."

She was very friendly and made me an appt for the next morning and still looked to see if I can be seen sooner. Devin and Brian showed up early the next morning. "Here is my feedback based on my personal experience. Andrew is a professional primarily focused on customer needs and satisfaction. He was so helpful right from choosing the blinds by explaining the little details about the various materials, shades, etc. Also, he kept up the promise in terms of timeline in delivering the custom blinds. The installation job was clean and tidy, and I have no complaints about his work. The blinds were installed a month ago, and I wanted to take a few days to experience them before I wrote my feedback. The blinds are excellent, as I haven't seen any flaws. Also, it caught up the attention of the friends, neighbors, and relatives who visited the house as they all liked it and provided positive feedback."

"I needed to have the hot and cold shutoff valves replaced in the laundry area, Two other plumbing companies quoted me prices higher and said the wall had to be cut. Chris from A.J. Perry arrived and said he might be able to replace the valves without cutting the wall. He did, in fact, replace the valves without cutting and wall. Chris was the nicest service person I dealt with in a very long time."

"Previous inspections by other plumbers had told us faucet was old and was not repairable, so the tile wall would have to be broken to replace the entire faucet unit. I did not have replacement tile to patch the broken ones. So I went to Angie's List and found Advanced Professionals. The Advanced Professional plumber did arrive late due to a previous job (this can happen.) But Advanced Professional's office kept us updated and promised the repair would still be performed. Job was performed in less than an hour. Plumber had all parts for the work. He checked the repair with the water running by videoing the repair from behind the tile wall (there was an access panel available) and reviewed the video with me. The job site was cleaned before he left. We discussed other minor issues around the house, and he made his professional recommendations. I will use them for future work. Advanced Professionals always answers the phone during normal business hours. This is key. As many plumbers are one or two person operators and won't answer the phone once they are on the job and their voice mail is usually full. I highly recommend this company."
