Everyone I came in contact with for my flooring project, Travis - Design Consultant, Bernardo - Installation Manager, Louise - Installer were all equally super personable, professional, knowledgeable about their products and processes and was a delight to work with. The Design Consultant provided good information on particular laminates, which helped me decide on the best look for my home. Also, at the last moment I wanted to change my previous crown molding choice, the Installation Manager, with No hesitation, No hassle, No redirecting me to someone else, took care of it, ‘talk about great Customer Service’…Loved it!! Also Express Flooring moved/replace all furniture once the floors were in place….WooHoo!!! Lastly, Louise - the Installer, did outstanding job, his work is flawless!! I am so happy with my floors. "Install vinyl planks. Base boards were not put back around some of the areas and looks bad. I did find one plank not completely down and can see the line and worry it will come up after time. Customer service was excellent. I thought the prices was high and I hear that alot about empire."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I was happy with the work First Class Coatings recently did in installing the epoxy finish to our garage floor. However, when the owner came by to inspect the job, he pointed out a very slight color/shade difference from one side of the garage to the other. I could barely see the difference even with him pointing it out to me. Nevertheless, owner Eric Marks insisted on sending his crew back the next morning to redo the entire job. It came out perfect. Eric did not charge us a penny for that do over. My wife and I are impressed with our new floor, and especially the business ethics of Eric Marks."

"I am terrible at completing Reviews. I get busy and forget to do it, but, with this company, I am taking the time to do this review. Phoenix Carpet, Repair & Cleaning deserve the accolades and praise. I used them on two different occasions. First – in April 2021 we had new carpet installed throughout our home. We traveled in June 2021 and one of our doggies decided to dig a hole in the carpet in our Master bedroom. Our house sitter was speechless, but when we got home, I Googled Carpet Repair companies. I decided to go with Phoenix Carpet and Repair solely because of the review. They were able to set an appointment quickly and cut out the shredded carpet and put a perfect replacement piece in. Even though the carpet was only 3 months old the replacement piece was noticeable. I had Phoenix Carpet come back to clean the carpet in the room. It was amazing – the replacement piece was unnoticeable, just like new. Second – Since we do have two medium-sized dogs I do typically have the carpets in our home cleaned every 8-12 months. At the beginning of February 2022, I scheduled an appointment with Phoenix Carpet Cleaning. Once again AMAZING! (I forgot the name of the technician), but he was outstanding. While he was here, I also had a sectional couch in our TV room which is over 6 years old cleaned and it is like new. I recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning and suggest that they be your first and only call for anything carpet. They are reasonably priced, and you will not be disappointed."

"ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!  After 12 years of abuse and neglect, the white half-inch grout between our floor tiles was so discolored and stained that I was sure we would have to demolish the entire tile floor and replace it.  I decided to try SirGrout before I went that extremely costly route and I'm so glad I did.  I cannot believe how awesome the floor now looks - it looks brand new!  SirGrout cleaned all of the tile and grout and then painted the grout white with an epoxy.  The epoxy is also a sealer so we won't have this problem again.  SirGrout is amazing and I highly recommend them.  They arrived on time, worked diligently and cleaned up when they were done, all at a reasonable price.  They honored the Angie's List coupon also, which made the price even better.  Thanks Angie.  Thanks SirGrout.I
