He created a dedicated outlet and so far the problem seems to be solved. Besides being fair in price, he's a very nice person and I'm so glad I found him and hopefully he'll be my go-to electrician in the future. I couldn't recommend him more highly."

"Wouldn't give me a quote over the phone because he didn't know what was wrong. Then, without knowing what was wrong quoted $350. And I asked him why he said because he didn't know what was wrong and he wanted to make sure it covered the work. It turned out that three GFCI outlets needed to be replaced. After replacing them, he then wanted $50 more. That isn't how all in pricing works... The point of all in pricing is to de-risk. But if you ask for more money at the end, you are only de-risking yourself and putting all of the risk on me. While he got the job done, and I gave him the extra $50, I don't care to work with people who don't hold true to their word and price their work in such a haphazard way."

Enrique was the representative that came out for the free quotation. He had recommendations that the competition did not offer. The installers (George & Erick), were polite, and hard workers. I’m a little critical on some details of the work being performed. George & Erick addressed my concerns very much to my satisfaction. The office staff were friendly and efficient.
