When they first got in, our pipes out of the wall did not look like they would connect to the new sink as easily as hoped. Randy does a great job of explaining all that he is going to do and did so as well through out the install. Randy helped me pick out the toilets and then hauled them back to the house. My house was built back around 1965 and has pretty much all the original plumbing and Randy saw that we should replace the connections and valves to avoid any issues in the future if we need to shut the valves off.
