But let's just say that yet another added bonus for us was that we live in an area far enough away from metropolitan Kansas City that it isn't always easy to get ANY type of service technician to come out here without either charging extra for the trip or whining about it. These guys didn't blink. And I get the feeling that even if we lived farther away from where they are, they still wouldn't have complained about it or charged additional money. It was really nice to have an alternative to the corporate door giant. More importantly, the work quality was excellent, the service was absolutely outstanding, the selection of doors was large, they were professional and polite and easy to work with, and it was an excellent value.
