"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

This included the addition of a laundry room and handicapped accessible bathroom as well the relocation/ enlargement of the kitchen and the creation of breakfast nook area to the existing first floor of my home. Shawn helped me visualize various options to the work and often offered suggestions that surpassed my original expectations. He was a very good manager being able to share his knowledge base so his crew could work in a professional and independent manner in his absence. "Great guy, its hard to find reliable, experienced contractors these days. Randy built a shed dormer on our cape cod, from the start to finish he had great communication. The dormer looks absolutely beautiful, it also looks like its always been a part of our home (which is hard to do when matching a 70 year old home). He even went above and beyond by helping out with a few things on the project that I was planning to do myself. Highly recommend, couldnt be happier!"

"This was the third time I used Mark and he did a fantastic job. The bathroom was a challenge because the space was awkward but needed a shower added. Not only did he find a solution, but it looks great and really improved the value of the property. He did work throughout the house and even redid his work on the front porch railing after a brief conversation about making it look better -- the way he redid the work went above and beyond what I expected and really made everything look so much better. "I called before 8 AM and received a call back before 8 AM , Mark showed up several hours later, performed repairs promptly and even did additional repairs not planned. Work was done professionally, price was reasonable. Will definitely call again when needed and highly recommend to anyone."

"I am pleased that my bath rooms are much nicer than before the project.  I was disappointed with the way it was completed.  I asked as the onset the approximate time frame and I was told two weeks.  There were a few change orders but by their own time estimates it would have been a 3 week project.  It took 6 weeks and it ended because I just could not take it anymore.  You start with Alex who I do believe would like things to go well but he subcontracts and then really loses control.  The contractor works usually 9-12 or 9-2p.  In the six weeks, there were only a couple of days that were complete 8 hour days.  Beware of the term contractor grade in the bid. I was told that this was a better grade of product but it was not.  I ended up purchasing the majority of the products used and was told that I used very high grade products.  My products were just purchased from Lowes and Home depot and were not the "top of the line".  Also, there was very little concern over respecting my house.  The project was extremely messy--not just construction dirt.  I fully expected plenty of dust and dirt but there splattered paint. It is obvious when I clean my "high grade" floor tile, which I do by hand, that a lot of paint was spilled and not completely cleaned up not totally noticeable until I cleaned it the first time.  In addition, the tub has two chips, again not noticeable until I cleaned up the mess left behind. My hardwood floors are scratched.  The excuse for this was being passed on to a sub-subcontractor plumber.  I don't know who did it I just know that it is done.  The offer to fix it was to "try" to cover it up.  I live in the country and trash removal was a mess.  They did not provide the dumpster that they said would happen.  The trash was piled up outside the doors and I am still picking up pieces of dry wall, pipe, broken fixes, etc.  Be sure to demand the dumpster.  I was told it could not be delivered to my house this is not true because I have had large dumpsters in the past.  I believe this was a cost cutting on the part of the contractor.
I grade them an overall C based on how bad my bath rooms were and the fact that they are now better. I am just warning you that you need to be aware of the process concerns that I have listed above.  The 6 weeks cost me additionally, paying a nephew to sit with the house the majority of the time since I have limited vacation time and not expecting 6 weeks. It is difficult to take vacation time from work and have them work just 4 hours.    I began thinking that this became a money pit.  The cost above is not inclusive of all the expenses of this project. 
I have waited to write this review to make sure that I am fair in my response.  I have given it time and all of the above is a fair "nutshell' evaluation of the project."

"Our project was very professionally executed by Dan and his son. Great job guys! We were very pleased with the attention they both paid to the details that were important to us and the time they spent solving the unique challenges our particular remodel project presented. Our project required removing existing interior walls, building new interior walls, moving/replacing an interior closet door, removing a portion of existing wall to wall carpeting, installing new vinyl plank flooring in its place, and last but not least - within an existing wall, creating a custom snug-fitting, recessed, exactly-flush-mounted television w/sound bar area for us. Reichardt Remodeling fulfilled all the requirements of our project on-time, within budget, and with precision. The finished space is exactly what we need and we're enjoying it very much. Several product and design recommendations made by Dan and his son throughout the project make the space better than we anticipated. We would most definitely hire Reichardt Remodeling again and we certainly recommend them to anyone looking for professionals in the remodeling business."
