"After  inspecting some of the work, the contact advised me that they could provide the work needed but they wouldn't be priced well given the type of work they do (remodeling) versus what I needed (repair).  He walked me through the house and gave me some advice on how it could be done.  I really appreciated the honesty and simply letting me know they weren't the best fit for what I needed.   I will use them in the future if I do some kind of remodeling work because of how they treated me.
