"Bill was incredible. Literally within a minute of me requesting a quote he called me with an accurate diagnosis of the issue and a quote. I wasn’t home, but he offered to come fix the problem within an hour. He came to fix the dryer when I was back and performed the repair quickly and made sure everything was tested and working properly before he left. Very kind and friendly person as well, really enjoyed talking with him and was happy that he was so willing to explain what was going on with the dryer. Honestly the most professional and knowledgeable person I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. Thank you so much for your help!"

"Terrific service, so impressed. Prompt, explained options, not pushy, professional, repaired the dryer quickly, and saved us $ with options that other techs might not have shared. Fair price. Couldn't be happier. We're saving their contact for any future appliance repairs, and sharing with all of our neighbors. Thank you Parker & Sons! And thank you Angi for recommendation. We're so happy."

"First time to use the company to repair my 27 yr-old clothes dryer. Scheduling service was easy and a pleasant experience. Ben arrived on time, wearing face mask and gloves to comply with the COVID-19 issues. Ben was knowledgeable and courteous; diagnosed the problem as a fuse issue and also did a quick overall inspection. Repairs were quick and inexpensive;, and Ben left the area clean and back in order - wonderful news and I highly recommend this company."

"Our repairman was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Just a perfect repair experience. We will definitely reach out in the future when need arises."

"Excellent service! The technician came and repaired my none heating dryer on the first visit. Would definitely contact him again if I have any further appliance issues."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Kenneth Wilson with K and K Industrials responded to my service request promptly, easily diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair quickly. I would definitely hire him again for appliance repairs."

"Great work! Responsive, responsible, efficient and skilled, N&S Handyman found the problem with careful "detective" work, fixed my washer/dryer situation and my hand-held shower attachment. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
