They looked at and listened to the dryer, and recommended against repairing the dryer; the repair would cost more than the dryer is worth (it is a very old dryer) and might not fix things well. I was charged only the visit fee. I appreciate a repair service that could make a repair but recommends against it when they believe it is not the right thing to do."

He made sure everything was working before he finished, cleaned some mold and mildew out of the washer, and took the time to make sure that I understood how the problem happened and how to prevent it going forward. He cleaned our dryer vent and dryer very thoroughly. I will definitely call D & M next time that I have an appliance issue."

I received a call and confirmation notification of the appointment time which was next day ( within 24 hrs ). As the apt time came closer I received a call and notification of exact time and a picture of the repair person so I knew exactly when and who was coming to my house. Mr Tomasâ s arrived exactly when he said he would. Diagnosed the issue when I explained what was going on . Explained what he found and what needed to be fixed, told me what the approx cost would be, checked to see if part was on his truck, I approved repair he did it in an hour. "Bill was incredible. Literally within a minute of me requesting a quote he called me with an accurate diagnosis of the issue and a quote. I wasn’t home, but he offered to come fix the problem within an hour. He came to fix the dryer when I was back and performed the repair quickly and made sure everything was tested and working properly before he left.
