Joel quickly evaluated the leak, had a plan to fix the leak, and gave me a no pressure proposal and quote. I agreed and he got to work immediately. Joel installed a higher quality valve than what was initially installed and I feel very confident that the valve will hold up a long time. "Tech was late, I called the company to find out what approximate time he would be arriving.   When I made the appointment, I did say that any time of day was fine, but had signed up the 10-12 slot.  I never received any communication from them about the actual time they had assigned me. <br /> Once he arrived, he got right to work.   He first did the yearly maintenance on the unit, then came in and told me there were two things he suggested I take care of due to the age of the unit.   I agreed, since I've never had to replace anything in it for the 15 years it has been installed.  He then went out and gave the coils and acid wash and replaced the 'contactor' as it was arcing when the unit turned on. <br /> He was very professional, choosing to use the outside gate instead of trapsing through my house to get to the condensor unit. <br />   <br />"
