"I was getting discouraged earlier when I was trying to get quotes for replacing my water heater, both cost-wise and time. Others were telling me it wouldn't be until Tuesday (4 days later!). Mohammed, owner of Emergency Plumbing, came within 30 minutes, gave me a reasonable quote, did a good job of installing and was done in approximately 1.5 hours. Don't hesitate to call him as he is fair and I will keep him in mind for any other problems that may come up with plumbing, etc. Thank you!"

"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

"The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him. "
