"Bamford Plumbing is all they are cracked up to be and more. Service was excellent and done perfectly and within an acceptable time frame.
I had an appointment with Bamford for 9am. They promptly called me at 9 when it was apparent he would not be there when promised. I was totally fine with this.
He arrived on time later as stated. Doug came in and I showed him the issues. He clearly explained to me what he was going to do in a way that was easily understandable.
He asked to see the shower (a separate problem I wanted a quote on only) and explained what he thought was wrong and what the range of cost would be depending on what he found while fixing it. We agreed that it would be done another day.
Doug went to work on the faucet and water line as agreed. He was quick and thorough with his work. He showed me everything he did, the new valves added and how everything was supposed to work. He also went over how to make simple adjustments to the faucet that may be needed in the future. He showed me how to turn off the water if was ever needed. When he was done, he cleaned up everything. Lastly, he explained his guarantees and the guarantee on the faucet I bought.
It was a pleasure to deal with Doug and I look forward to making another appointment with him soon.  I highly recommend Doug and Bamford Plumbing. No wonder he has a straight "A" rating!

"Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. "Very prompt response once the service call was placed.  The plumber arrived the next day (even though I stated that it was not an emergency!) which was wonderful.  An arrival time was established, and the plumber was in constant contact with me throughout the day to let me know that he would be arriving a bit late.  The job was done easily and quickly.  I was not at home at the time of the service (my parents were there), and payment was set up at a later date.  I would DEFINITELY use Aqua again-great neighborhood business which I prefer to support.
