"I have to say, this man is FANTASTIC! I’m not a review giver and I had to give one on this one. He came from Orleans to Greenwood which is an hour and a half drive to service my broken washer. He finds out it’s the suspension that broke and orders 4 new ones for each corner. He called and texted promptly when he said he would updating me of everything along the way. Finally got to the date of service and there was an error made we realized after he left. Brought him back up here a few days later and he realized his mistake but was willing to replace a part on his own dime for how far we were into fixing this machine if that was the cause of the error. Turns out it was a simple adjustment and he got to teach his son something new.
