Mike Elliott came promptly after my call. He recommended replacing the heads to more water conservative models and his crew came out on the same day. Heads were replaced, a faulty valve was repaired and the system was programmed to operate under the new city rules on watering. The whole job took about 2 hours. The crew cleaned up the yard areas where they worked. This company was efficient and pleasant.

"We hired Creative Landscape to demo and put sod and sprinklers in our backyard and then demo and some basic low maintenance landscaping in our front yard. Overall we had a great experience and would use them again if we needed. There were a few hiccups, such as a sprinkler head of ours was broken during demolition of the front yard and was not brought to our attention and a post that was being used as a border around our planter was haphazardly cut during installation instead of trying to make it leveled. However on both occasions when it was brought to their attention it was fixed without any issues to satisfaction. We had quite a few people come out to provide estimates and they were definitely on the more affordable end than a few of the others. They also were able to schedule and get the work completed a lot faster. Other companies told us it would be like a 2 week process where as Creative Landscape got it finished in 3 working days."

"Mike and helper nice people but work was not professional and had I not been there the cabinet hardware would have been installed incorrectly. Mike did not communicate well with helper so mistakes were made until Mike would do the task himself. They did not like me present while they were working but after the first mistakes I didn’t feel comfortable leaving. I didn’t have them finish the cabinets because they were complaining about having to do cabinets and how difficult it is on older ones."
