"Apollo and his crew showed up on time. This was a mobile home front door and wanted to replace it with a standard house door and add a Larson retractable screen storm door so had to open the door way height and width. The crew worked all day even during lunch there was someone working. The door was completed that day. I had to go purchase the Larson door and they came back the next morning finish the job. The crew and Apollo were professional and polite. The finished product turned out great. I will hire again for any more jobs that I need done."

"Michael McFall and his team were very responsive to our needs from bidding to completion. They always called, explained what was being done, and how long it would take to be completed. They stand behind their work and that meant a lot to me. I have used them once before to replace a roof on my house. I have been fully satisfied with their professionalism and service, and would hire them again."

"I live in Maryland and rent out a double wide to tenants in Fort White Florida. The tenants had been complaining of exorbitant electric bills. I called Clay Electric out to the home to try and determine what was going on. They surmised it could be some sort of water leak. The trailer uses well water and the pump in the shed kept turning on and off constantly. <br /> I found David Brown Enterprises here on Angies List, and called them out to the home. David instantly determined the problem to be that 2 toilets were constantly running due to faulty flushing mechanisms. He replaced them and put in 2 brand new rubber flappers. He only charged me $95. The pump would constantly kick on and off to keep up with the running water. Now that the problem is fixed I'm hopeful the electric bill will be decreased dramatically. <br /> David could have taken advantage of my being an absentee landlord. However, he did not. In addition to being honest and knowledgable, his price was fair. When they simply returned my call they were already heads and shoulders above the crowd, as many contractors in Columbia County do not even return calls. I highly recommend David Brown Enterprises. <br /> Joel <br /> <br /> <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Trenton, FL

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
