"The repair man was very friendly and professional. I had a shirt stuck under the agitator in my washing machine and could not get it out. This company advertises that your service call will be applied to the parts/labor required for the repair and they stated that they did apply my service call fee of $119 to the repair charge, but they charged me $250 for work that took about 10 minutes. I appreciated their service, but I am somewhat disappointed that they dangle a $119 service charge out there for something I know is a 10 minute fix and then when the repair guy gets to my house before he starts working he tells me that the charge to repair my washing machine is going to be $250. They sure did not tell me that over the phone when I called them and I told them exactly what was wrong so they could have told me that over the phone. It seems like all the appliance repair places use this tactic now, which isn't very fair to the consumer."

He diagnosed the problem which was the replacement of heating element - gave us the estimate - followed by his next visit on 12/22/21 - and fixed the problem within a very short time. He was very professional, courteous, and seemed knowledgeable about his trade. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing Washer/Dryer repair !"
