"It went great. They came when they said they would over several days. They removed grass and excess soil started the form and rebar the first day, finished forming/rebaring and poured it the second day, cleaned the third day and and put the concrete protectorate on the fourth day. Their team worked diligently each day. They also did this with a minimum damage to our lawn areas. Was very pleased with their work."

"Troy worked with us and our two neighbors to provide a good price for installation of a patio and sealing of two patios. We did not have to wait weeks or months for them to begin work and we have exactly what we asked for. We requested a stamped concrete patio that looked like brick, and it looks better than expected. Troy is very responsive to any requests or issues. We are very pleased with patio and the value for money."

"I'm thrilled. The sales-rep/designer had really good design software to create a design so that I could see it while he was still on-site. It took us about two hours to come up with a design that worked, agree on scope of work (I also asked for plaster-repair and painting), select colors and materials, and finalize the work. The painter did his work in a few hours, with the installers arriving the next day after the paint dried. They too were done in a matter of 2-3 hours. All workmen were courteous and left the space very clean. It looks great and with materials that will likely stand the test of time without warping or separating (no cheap pressed composites). Everything now has its place, ending the clutter battle in my dressing room. I'd consider using them again if we need other spaces reconfigured."

"We are so happy with our new concrete patio. They provided a quick estimate, fair pricing, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and delivered outstanding results. Highly recommend!"

"It went very well. They came Wednesday morning and finished Thursday evening. Total sq. footage was about 5000 and 5500."

"Project: Coat Concrete Floorw with Armorguard Coating. We had our garage floor, front porch, and patio covered. We are more than 100% satisfied with the work, quality of the overlay, and overall customer service. David is very professional, but also a warm and caring individual. Andrew and his team members are all very professional. They work very hard to ensure everything is done to the best of their ability. We felt very good about making this investment in our home, and we recommend this company to anyone who desires to have this work performed."

"Utimate Concrete did a Stamped Concrete Patio/Fire Pit for us just about a month ago and I cannot say enough great things about our experience with the company. Amazing design, communication, helping to prepare the application for the HOA, and we could not be happier with the finished product.  I would highly recommend!!!"

"American Custom Concrete resurfaced our patio, replaced our steps to the back of house and the concrete steps to the laundry room last month. We were very pleased with the way it all turned out and the quality of work. They were a pleasure to work with. They were professional and made sure the area was cleaned up when they finished"

"Great to work with Vance and his sons from the start. No issues with scheduling or providing the estimate. Discussed details and questions at length and work was started and completed as advertised. Cleaned up each day as required and provided high quality work. Looks great. Price was in the ballpark of other estimates from reputable professionals. Would definitely hire again for future work."

"We had a wonderful experience with the contractor. They finished the job on the estimated date and they always clean up after themselves. The price is fair."
