"The plumber arrived at my rental property to troubleshoot a bathtub faucet handle that was loose. He quickly identified that a part needed to be replaced and informed my tenant. However, rather than replace it, he haphazardly put the faucet handle back on improperly and quickly rushed out of the house. My tenant called me immediately to tell me that not only was the problem not fixed, but the water wouldn t even turn off anymore after the plumber had worked on it. He was also only in the home for several minutes before giving up, and my tenant informed me that he was extremely impolite to both her and her mother. When I called the company dispatcher to ask if he could go back to fix it, he lied to me and told me that the part was replaced (it wasn t), and told me that he would not send the plumber back out that afternoon. I called mere minutes after he left the home. I had a completely different company fix it the next day, and they told me that the previous plumber had done nothing at all."
