"Home Genius Exteriors contracted to replace the roof. Emmanuel showed up as the Project Manager with a solid crew. They performed the roof replacement exactly as discussed in the contract. Highly professional, respectful and efficient. Thank you HGE!"

"Perfect, this crew went right to work and cleaned up the exterior area when finished."

"Troy and his team were excellent! We hired them to complete a ~900 sq ft basement finish and we could not be more happy with the results. They were very reasonable in their pricing and completed the job in a very timely manner. We had no surprises in cost along the way and the end result was even better than we pictured. Definitely would recommend them for any projects small or large you need done well."

"Very well and quick! Isiah was the technician that came out to my place to cleaned the gutters and inspect the roof. He was very professional and took great photos to show what work was done. I would hire again. I had AHC replace my roof a few years ago and will continue to hire them for service. Thank you again."

"They gave me a quote, discussed options and we agreed to have the job done. They were quick and efficient. I only had two minor complaints: 2 of the windows were not what we ordered (we ordered frosted, they delivered clear - still not resolved) and I am still finding staples around the residence."

"First, i advise potential customers to read as much background information as you can so you understand basic options and know the questions to ask the contractor. That helps the process of deciding what needs to be done. Having said that. Chris Wallace  clearly explained options, with pros and cons of each choice. He did a thorough check of the roof and the damaged fascia etc. before making recommendations. He recommends only the work that needs to be done, and will not push unneeded or unwanted extras. For example, he proposed adding gutter guards but when I explained I didn't want them, he dropped them from his proposal.
I found Chris and his crew to be efficient and hard-working giving much attention to detail, and they cleaned up and removed all debris from the project. I was pleased with every phase of the project, and would definitely hire them again if the need arises.

"Excellent! Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. Most importantly they focused on repairing the area requested versus other companies who oppression me to replace the entire roof Versus focusing on the area with the issue"

"After receiving bids from several companies, we selected Sunshine Contracting to replace all of the windows in our house with Sunrise windows, do a complete removal and replacement of all of the siding on our “Tudor style” house with James Hardi fiber cement siding, and replace all existing gutters and downspouts. This job was particularly complex due to the style of the house and the multitude of “Tudor style” architectural designs that needed to be maintained and replicated with the James Hardi fiber cement boards. This was also a challenge because the previous trim boards were all rough sawn cedar and the stucco panels and lap siding were vintage 1979 Masonite. The quality of the work performed by Sunshine Contracting was outstanding, and yes, we would contract with them again if we had to do it all over again. Their professional siding craftsmen had experience in re-siding Tudor Style homes and were able to replicate all of the intricate carpentry previously done in the rough sawn cedar with the James Hardi fiber cement board. Any concerns or issues that we raised, were immediately addressed by the team and corrected. The Project Manager and Team Leads were always there and available to us, and answered all of our questions. The whole crew was very professional and friendly, and they did a great job cleaning up after every working day. Sunshine Contracting has now taken us from a home that required outside maintenance on a regular basis, to one that is essentially maintenance free! I highly recommend Sunshine Contracting for any home siding, gutter, or window installation project that you may have."
