From ground breaking to delivery took less than the 6 months Devin promised. That's a fast pace so be prepared to make a lot of decisions in a short amount of time. We moved out so that Devin could have the run of the house and that was definitely the right decision for us. It let him go faster, and having our kids live in a destruction/construction zone would not have been good. We are thrilled with the result.
