Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Triangle, VA

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"Our review is based on the purchase (part 1) for replacing siding for both side of our home. Jacob L. was very professional, on time, and honest. He knows what he is selling. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. Jacob pointed out so much that we just didn't know and should have be caught during our home inpection. Thanks Jacob!!"

"Omar was professional and very responsive. He diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a plan for addressing the leak and subsequent water damage. His team arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally. The fixed required fixing damage beneath existing siding and house trim. Due to its age, we didn't want the siding and trim replaced because the color would match the rest of the house. The team worked diligently to preserve the siding and trim (not easy with metal trim) and replaced the underlying water damaged material. Would definitely consider the company for future improvements or repairs."

"We had great experience working with St. Joseph replacing the gable vents and repairing our damaged sidings. They provided a thorough estimate and answered any questions. The price is competitive comparing to others. The office staff was responsive, courteous, and helpful. Kevin, who worked on the project, was punctual, friendly, efficient and professional. We would definitely use this company again and recommend to our neighbors and friends."

"If damage occurs to inside the house during installation of siding they will not cover any repairs. A hole is in our bathroom wall now and they will not fix it."

"I recently had my siding replaced by Home Brigade LLC and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative and committed to delivering high quality work. Every question I had was answered promptly and they made sure I was informed at every step of the process. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, skilled and customer focused siding professionals."

"Very quick to respond to my request with HomeAdvisor and came out the same day! Provided a thorough assessment of my roof and provided photos of the problem areas to coincide with an action plan to correct. Provided options and cost projections, no pressure to select options that were beyond our financial ability, and was greatly appreciated as we are on a fixed income. Appreciated the quick scheduling to get our problem addressed. The date of the repair also found they provided updates and showing the findings as they removed roofing from problem areas. Wished I had found this company when we had our roof replaced several years ago. Fully endorse this contractor to others for their roofing repair and replacement needs!"

"My roof was leaking due to the storms, and ended up needing to be replaced. It went very smoothly. I was able to work with Darren to get an estimate and quickly replace the roof before the next storm came through, even though I was not in the DC area at the time."

"I purchased a roof inspection and tune-up theough Angie’s list. I was contacted quickly to set up the appointment and provided a reminder prior thereto. The technician was Mike G. who called about 10 minutes before arrival. He explained what he would do, then proceeded to inspect the attic and roof, making some repairs to the roof as necessay. When completed, we sat down to review pictures and discuss options. Mike G. explained things clearly but did not pressure us to do anything at this time. When the time comes to repair or replace the roof, we will definitely contact American Home Contractors."
