"Austin did a fantastic job handling all of my questions, walking through the whole process with me and being patient with me while I gathered other quotes from other contractors. He provided me with all the information I asked for, was friendly and professional with my mother-in-law at home while I was at work, and did a quick clean job to get us out of a sticky situation with our failing PRV, and 18-year-old hot water heater. I would recommend him and his associates to anybody that needs fair pricing, quick service, and a friendly professional! "

"We had an emergency on a Friday night at 830. They came out as promised, pumped the tank, charged $600 but only pumped one side of the tank. Promised to come back and pump the other side, but even after digging up and installing risers on both sides by us, they will not come back out to pump the other side. Will never use this company again. Appreciate the late night service, but not the follow up. Very dissatisfied. "

"I have read Stephannie's and Michael's reviews on the BBB website and agree wholeheartedly with both. I chose this company because it was BBB accredited with an A+ rating, but unfortunately did not see these two reviews before I asked them to do a routine maintenance service on my furnace in preparation for winter. My system was working fine before they arrived. I got the sales pitch as well, but in addition, the technicians completely disabled a whole-house working furnace (saying that it was the law) before leaving me with no heat at all for the entire home, three days before the coldest day on record in two years (14 degrees), and fourteen days before Christmas. To say this is irresponsible (if not dangerous) is an understatement. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Steer clear."

Small jobs welcome

"I am completely pleased with the job done for me. They knew what they were doing from start to finish. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced my main sewer line from the home to the septic tank. The job was done fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend 7 Brothers Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing work done. "

"DO NOT HIRE PRIDE PLUMBING. I had Pride come out last friday because of a clogged toilet and water backing up into my tub. When a cheaper option didn't work, he then had to do a much more expensive job where he removed the toilet and tried pumping from inside. that worked for a few days however the exact same issues happened just a few days later. Now, I was told that the job was under warranty and that if we had ANY issues to call them back and they would fix them right away. I called, and was immediately told we'd be charged again. Apparently, only the resetting of the toilet was under warranty. According to the man I spoke to (Steve) "anyone could just throw something in the toilet and clog it up again" My wife and I live alone with no children. No one threw anything in the toilet other than tissue and waste. Once again, do not hire Pride Plumbing unless you want to be lied to, and have the exact same problems in a few days, where they will try to charge you again."

FAQs for sewer main install, replace or repair projects in Trinity, NC

When installing a sewer line, you should consider extra costs like tree removal, driveway repairs, or patio resurfacing. Hiring a professional plumber is essential, and you may need additional specialists if landscaping or heavy excavation is involved. Addressing these potential extras up front helps ensure accurate budgeting and prevents sudden cost overruns.

To calculate the length of sewer piping you need, measure the distance from your house to the main sewer line, adding the depth of the city main to this distance. Be sure to account for any obstacles like tree roots or utility lines that may require additional piping.

City sewer lines are installed at a lower elevation to prevent unwanted backflow and water damage. This lower positioning ensures enhanced performance and long-term safety, meeting all technical and safety standards.

With trenchless methods, a plumber inserts a smaller pipe within the existing plumbing, avoiding full excavation. It can be more cost-effective and less disruptive than traditional methods, but it's not suitable for all homes.

Yes, you must secure permission from your local water authority before connecting to a public sewer line. This approval ensures your connection meets all regulatory requirements.

Sewer lines are buried between 18 inches and 8 feet deep, with most systems placed between 18 and 30 inches. In colder regions, pipes are set deeper to remain below the frost line.
