"Worst company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No shows, no calls. They have never done what was promised from install to repairs."

"I have read Stephannie's and Michael's reviews on the BBB website and agree wholeheartedly with both. I chose this company because it was BBB accredited with an A+ rating, but unfortunately did not see these two reviews before I asked them to do a routine maintenance service on my furnace in preparation for winter. My system was working fine before they arrived. I got the sales pitch as well, but in addition, the technicians completely disabled a whole-house working furnace (saying that it was the law) before leaving me with no heat at all for the entire home, three days before the coldest day on record in two years (14 degrees), and fourteen days before Christmas. To say this is irresponsible (if not dangerous) is an understatement. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Steer clear."

"This is the second time I called on L Collins as my first experience was positive. Eduardo was able to address the issue next day. Leaky tub faucet. Had some issues disassembling old faucet and had to make several trips to local hardware for parts and tools. I am pleased with the results-no drip but was little taken aback by the final cost. $450 and only checks and cash accepted. My fault for not clarifying a firm quote upfront. I feel I was overcharged for this type of service."

"DO NOT HIRE PRIDE PLUMBING. I had Pride come out last friday because of a clogged toilet and water backing up into my tub. When a cheaper option didn't work, he then had to do a much more expensive job where he removed the toilet and tried pumping from inside. that worked for a few days however the exact same issues happened just a few days later. Now, I was told that the job was under warranty and that if we had ANY issues to call them back and they would fix them right away. I called, and was immediately told we'd be charged again. Apparently, only the resetting of the toilet was under warranty. According to the man I spoke to (Steve) "anyone could just throw something in the toilet and clog it up again" My wife and I live alone with no children. No one threw anything in the toilet other than tissue and waste. Once again, do not hire Pride Plumbing unless you want to be lied to, and have the exact same problems in a few days, where they will try to charge you again."
