The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"I hired two helpers for 2 hours on October 17,2020. The two helpers (names unknown) arrived at my home (127 Gado Way, Loudon) and immediately started unloading the Penske truck with the contents being moved into my garage. Some of these boxes and some bare items were very heavy and awkward. After this with plenty of the 2 hours remaining we took the truck to a nearby storage unit where they helped load all items then return to my home and unload into the garage. The two men hired worked vigorously without complaint during the entire operation taking no breaks except to drink a bit of water. "At the time of the work, the owner of this business, Joel  was working for another contractor, John. This was one of the last jobs that the contractor (John) did at which point he moved to Ohio. The work that Joel performed on the job while working for John was excellent.  Joel did most of the framing for the project which included some very difficult angles and corners because of the shape of the existing space. Joel was on time and always very friendly and professional. One day he stayed until 8 pm to finish installing a new window. He had to cut a larger opening for the window and frame it in as well. After the job was finished and John had moved away,  there was one small item that still needed to be completed for the project. Joel came down to finish the last bit and he didn't charge me anything for it, even though he had to make a special trip. Joel was excellent to work with and is very good at what he does. I would hire him in the future if I needed any more work done.
