"David was very professional and skilled. On a Sunday, he responded quickly to my urgent request (water was backing up into my bathtubs due to an underground pipe breakage). He was able to identify the source of the problem (which was not straightforward), cleaned and fixed a broken exterior underground drain (with Nu Drain). He even identified and fixed another displaced drain connection, and installed a cleanout at the exterior of home. He had a very positive attitude (even in the cold rain) and stayed until it was done (while working in the dark). He was very good at explaining the situation and the work that needed to be done. He seems to have state-of-the-art equipment. He went above and beyond my expectations. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family. Would definitely hire this service again."

I had called him for a 2nd opinion on a kitchen drain pipe that was blocked and traversed the entire floor of our finished basement. We had to pull up the flooring, jackhammer in through the basement concrete, replace the pipe and put new concrete. "I had a Clorox toilet scrub pad stuck in the toilet. I was concerned about the problem it may have caused. Nolan came out and look at the problem. He flushed the toilet a few times and apparently the scrub pad may have gone down the sewage. To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation. I really appreciate his honesty, rather than just trying to make a few bucks. Thank you."

"Henco showed up when they said they would and they performed the work we asked them to do. They did a good job with the replacement of the pipes. The water flow improved throughout the house and the drains were functioning much better - no more water backing up in the hall bath tub when the washing machine was draining. The Sheetrock work was the weak link in this job. In places the sheetrock replacements looked good, but in some spots the work was sloppy and they did not clean up very well after they completed their work."

"Midtown Plumbing did a very professional and thorough job of totally replumbing an unfinished basement bathroom. The crew were very friendly and made the effort to thoroughly answer all my questions to my satisfaction. They also added necessary items that I was not aware were required. Their drain line routings were a beauty to see. While backfilling and self compacting prior to the slab pour I was concerned about a soft, moist surface and partially reexcavated a portion of their work.
