"I had a sump pump installed (fall 2022), along with drainage channels and a moisture barrier in one of corner of my basement. The sump pump has a battery backup system too. Install was done very professionally. They worked with me to finance the project through a 0% loan which was a nice feature. There was an issue in spring of 2023. They came promptly, diagnosed a bad pump and replaced free of charge. Recently the pump alarm kept going off intermittently. Got a repair tech scheduled to come out same week. He found a issue with how the alarm was placed and replaced that part. Both times that I had issues, thetechs were very knowledgeable and informed me further about how the system works. "Mario came to the house during a rain storm so he could see our drainage problems.  As we walked the property in the rain he explained what needed to be done and then took measurements.  He dried off, came in, wrote up what he was going to do and gave me a price that was significantly lower than other bids I had received.  He said he would be back within 2 weeks to do the job and that it would take a day to a day and a half. 
He actually showed up a day earlier than he said he would.  He and a crew of 6 showed up shortly after 7:00am and started right in.  They worked till after 6:00pm in 90+ degree heat and apologized that they did not get done and would have to come back the next day to finish.  Mario worked right beside his crew most of the day.  Bright and early the next morning 3 of the crew showed up and had everything finished before noon.  While they were cleaning up Mario replaced one defective sprinkler heads and checked all of the sprinkler heads to be sure everything was OK.
Mario and his crew were very polite and courteous.  He is very honest and does not give you a bunch of double talk.  They picked up all trash and debris and when they left you could hardly tell that they had been here.  I had the same experience when he installed my sprinkler system 4 years ago.

"Our back and side yard had become a swamp and Nathan and the guys at the Drainage Team fixed all our problems.  They were very professional, had wonderful ideas and fixed our problems.  When the utilities came out to mark where all the lines were buried I was sure one was going to get cut by the small backhoe they had to bring in to dig the trench for the piping. I just couldn't imagine how they could navigate them, but they did.  I was thrilled.  A portion of our old (very old) fence had to be removed for them to do the work and when it was reinstalled there was a little more gap at the bottom of where the fence went up a hill.  We have a small dog and the guys took some old pavers and installed them all the way up the hill so our dog would not be able to escape. They reseeded the area of our yard that had been torn up and it looks better than any of the rest of our yard.  We've had no flooding or pooling since.  The system is working as they intended.  Our side yard actually dries out now and is no longer a swap.  They also added on pouring us a concrete pad for a shed we wanted to put in our backyard.  We'd intended to do this ourselves, but given the time of year and our busy schedule we didn't think we'd have time.  Nathan was great, looked at the shed and gave us options as to what type of base we could put in.  We decided concrete was the best option and they worked it into their timeframe of the project for a reasonable price.  Everything came out great and we were very impressed by their work.  I will definitely use them again if we ever had any further issues."
