"It was great. They came out, they showed us all different kinds, and we picked out what we wanted. They came back out within two weeks. They make the windows themselves so that you don't have to go to a separate factory. It was a very nice experience. They took out literally a wall in my living room for the bay window. They had them installed. They took out the sliding glass door in my kitchen which had to be special ordered because it was originally a french door that was converted into a sliding door. They did both of them in the same day and quickly. It didn't even take the whole day. They showed up promptly and got to work right away. They were done before 2 in the afternoon. That's not even that generous on the time. They were just bam, bam, bam. I would recommend them to anybody."

On 2014 the company changed shingles for us, recently we found brown color water on the platform of the fireplace.After our calling they responded quickly and let Mr.Will Lackey came my home and checked problem. Fastly Will found the reason that the cover with iron mesh of the chimney dropped because of rainwater corrosion. After he saw and checked the cover he decided to make good use of the cover by cutting corroded part of iron mesh. Moreover he drilled several holes at the bottom of mesh wrap,thus prevent from rainwater accumulation and corrosion. He spent more time and made more effort doing that than simply buy a new one to replace. Mr.WIll Lackey is very nice,professional and thoughtful! He always kept smiling,settled down the problem and considered about saving customer's money. Thank you so much, Will!"

"First Rate service from the initial meeting to the final installation. I solicited bids from 3 companies and Ferguson had the lowest cost and in my opinion provided the best assesement and explanation of what needed to be completed. On the day it was installed the employees were kind and curtious and went out of their way to ensure my family was safe when entering/exiting the house. I was amazed to see that they had even spray painted all the vent pipes to match the roof. "I received 2 other quotes before I contacted him that I absolutely could not do.  I kept getting told that because my home was so old and the door was original to the house that it had to be custom built along with the frame and would cost thousands of dollars.  I just could not accept that.  Richard came out quickly and looked at my door and told me he would have it done within the week and he absolutely did.  He found the parts he needed and replaced the doors and replaced some of the framing within 2 days.  It was a lot of work to do.  He and his other man were very polite and professional and I would use them again.

"My home was damaged by hail. Jesse Came out and met with the adjuster and pointed out every thing that was damaged. He saw things the adjuster did not, which helped with the appraisal. I had my Roof,gutters,and fascia replaced and absolutely love it! Jesse is by far the best with getting the insurance company to Cooperate. They did not want to pay the full amount for what was damaged but, he fought them tooth and nail with facts and pictures. With the money I saved I was able to upgrade the gutters. Due to our busy schedules he was able to meet when it was convenient for us to go over the paperwork and select the materials. The work was finished promptly by the crew with no nails or debris left behind. Awesome job!"
