On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up."

The main drain line was rusted and cracked from the basement floor all the way up to the second floor bathroom, which they replaced. This requires tearing down an old plaster and putting in new drywall that turned out seamless. I decided to turn an old pantry into a laundry room. They ran the plumbing and electrical for the room, framed the old doorway and drywalled it. Many rooms had old switches and outlets that they replaced. Ceiling fans were old and replaced. The former for the attic was missing siding and the windows were falling apart. They resided, painted and installed new windows. They set a new toilet and installed a new vanity which required new water lines. Relocating the vanity also meant running a new switch and installing a new vanity light."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "Van Cleave Construction were very helpful in helping us decide on a solution to remodeling our 30+ year old master bathroom shower on a limited budget.
We used the Onyx shower surround, which is a composite material, not tile or fiberglass. Examples can be seen at Ekards on the North Belt highway.
After demolition, we discovered a serious code violation where an issue with the electrical wiring for adjoining rooms was not properly secured or routed away from the plumbing fixtures. Van Cleave was very prompt in getting a licensed electrician to come out and make the required repairs before moving on. 
The installation took less than two days. There was an issue with the glass doors coming loose from the mounts in the tracks and they sent someone out immediately and made the proper adjustments. The doors are now safe and secure.
