"It went great. I visited my granddaughter on Sunday and it was so hot in her house and she is 9 months pregnant. She was so miserable in the heat. I came home and during the night a bad storm woke me so I thought I would check Angie’s List for a serviceman to repair he AC. It was 1:30 AM or so and I sent a message through Angie’s List thinking Grand Blanc Electrical would contact me in the morning. To my surprise I got a reply just a few minutes after I sent the message. Steve gave me the rate for a service call and an assessment of the problem. I replied and asked that he contact me in the morning. Steve called and said he could be at her home in about 30 minutes. He asked if I wanted him to just go ahead and fix it if it was a problem under 200.00 and I said yes please. About an hour later I received a call from Steve telling that the work was completed. May granddaughter was elated. He installed a new capacitor and cleaned the unit. I can’t believe how luck I was to have found someone that was willing to go out so quickly and resolve the issue. It’s so rare to receive same day service these days. He said I could just mail a check but I was so happy with such excellent service I drove over to his business and paid him immediately.
