He was very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, as I suspected, it was a replacement. Jeff the project called and we walked through our options and price with him. He was low pressure and very understanding. We decided after our research to schedule a replacement for Sunday morning. Les and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice and worked quickly. The communication from them was outstanding, I received several texts with time frames and photo's of the techs along with some information. I have never had this type of contact and it was helpful and frankly pretty cool. If you have any type of work you are considering hiring a contractor for, you will be doing yourself a great service to use Mr. Sparky Electric or any of the other divisions of their company if your job can be handled by them."

"Here doing the work less than 24 hours after I accepted their bid. National brand name water heater with company max warranty. Everything the installer needed was on his van. They accomplished all work they had described beyond my satisfaction, including shutoff valves that did not previously exist."

"Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. Outside the stall looked fine, but the tile they "replaced" was actually the original, just poorly handled. They left the last row unfinished after hitting a curve hard and breaking the tile apart. Instead of using a diamond saw for a clean $400 straight cut, they took a shortcut that ruined the piece. The tile broke jaggedly, so they tried to hide the damage by burying the break line under piles of caulk and extra material. Now, the fracture is "leaking" through the mess. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."
