"Jim is wonderful — one of the best around Saratoga Springs. He created our dream kitchen in about 8 weeks; this was a complete remodel — demo, electrical, plumbing, cabinet/appliance install, flooring, backsplash, crown molding, and a brand new pantry he built himself. During that time, he also made a spacious closet for our upstairs guest bedroom. Always on time, incredibly reliable, communicative, and trustworthy — not to mention meticulously clean. "Joe and his crew showed up on time and demoed our oversized 2 car garage and removed 2 dumpsters of debris. They returned the next day to remove the foundation and slab, witch required another dumpster. They also brought in multiple loads of fill, topsoil, and decorative stone to landscape the yard. They also laid 1500 square feet of sod and built us a new storage shed. We are very happy with all of the work completed and plan to use Excellent Exteriors for future projects."

"I did not use them. Their estimate was very reasonable but I decided to not go ahead with the work at that time. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with them. They also sent an information package after the initial call and before they came in which I thought was very helpful. So, I had an idea about them before they actually came out. I had something that I was able to review and I liked that. I did not follow through with it and so, it is hard to grade them as excellent when I did not give them a chance to shine or not. I would grade them in terms of the other estimates that I got. They were a little slow about sending the written estimate but I did get the written estimate. They were absolutely on time. They came out exactly when they said that they were going to be there."
