"Farzad has done a lot of major and minor updates to my home such as installing bathroom fans, light fixtures, venting my microwave outside and installing flooring. "A @ K provided the best all around contracting experience of my 97 years. The contract was for substantial decking and siding repairs and major tree removals. Once a price and a date was set, they showed up and never left until the job was beautifully done. I strongly recommend this company"

"Matt and Caleb did a great job, they listened to what we needed and came up with a custom window well box to fit our needs, installed two windows, repaired our deck and made sure our basement joists were solid!"

"Christopher is highly skilled and handled whatever came up throughout the whole job of renovating my 1850's home! From demolition to reconstruction, he covered it all! He is always punctual, used top quality materials, knows how to do brick work, builds beautiful custom doors, does everything else in between and is very competitively priced! I am so happy I found Christopher to do my job, it made life much easier dealing with one person rather than many different contractors. Thank you Christopher!"

"It was almost 10 years ago that we contracted Modern Domains for an extensive home improvement job. It cost a total of more than $100k to add additions to our house. At the time the work seemed to be decent. Years passed by, the house started to leak right where the additions were. The owner of the company did respond initially and introduced a friend of his to fix the leak. He charged 5k. Unfortunately we didn't know enough about fixing. He messed up our roof. Ever since then we have suffered leaking. Bad enough other flaws of the construction showed up. We had to spend much more to repair. It was just shoddy. Of course Modern Domains never responded to our calls since as if it disappeared."
