I called Access and they were at my house in an hour and got everything working within 10-15 minutes. Very grateful to the Access and the two men that came to help me."

"The technician was great -- friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He arrived even earlier than the dispatcher had promised. And he worked efficiently and finished the work quickly. My only concern was the price. The initial price was much higher than I had ever paid for this repair before. After the estimate, I was not willing to have the repair made. The technician managed to find ways to reduce the price significantly. The price was still high, but considering that it was a Sunday and other repair shops would probably charge an emergency fee, I went ahead with the repairs. This shop was one of the very few offering Sunday service and might well be the only one in the area open at all on Sunday. The quality of the work seems fine and the technician assures me that the replacement springs are guaranteed and superior to those he replaced. I would give the technician an "A" across the board. My only caveat is the cost. If the springs do last at least ten years as promised, then the cost will have been justified."
