"Nick and his team are professional and good communicators and did a good job removing brick tile from our kitchen. The cost was $1000 and he and another guy completed the work in less than four hours. Doing the math, that is being very well paid per hour of work especially considering there were no cost for materials. Note: he originally quoted me $2000 and said it would be 3 men 8hours. After the floor removal I had him quote floor leveling and tile installation. His quote was $1250 more than another local company. I hold no ill will for his self-advocating and getting the most money he can for his work, and I hope the same respect is returned with the warning that he comes at high price compared to other options in our area."

The space is quite large but Ryan completed the job promptly and did an excellent job installing the flooring. He also installed quarter round which looks fantastic with the flooring. I will definitely use Prime flooring again for future flooring needs!"

"I hired Drew to paint and replace the trim in my living room. He responded quickly to my request for a quote and was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not meet my expectations. After he painted there were several areas where it had not been sanded down enough so the patching showed through the paint. In addition, when he sanded he did not cover anything so there was dust all over my living room, kitchen and dining room. He did vacuum but it did not get up everything and so I had to mop several times and had to wipe down furniture, counters and appliances. Lastly, I had to pay extra to have someone come and haul away all of the old trim. I assumed it would be part of the job. In fairness, it was not in the quote but I felt like that should have been made clear. Drew is a really nice guy, seems like he is just starting out because he did not have all of the tools he needed. Again, a really nice guy, he worked hard, it just was not the result I was expecting. And now I am paying someone else to do the job over again."

They were also respectful of our home, moved the large furniture items, returned everything, and cleaned up from their work very well. This is the fourth time that I've used Empire and would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring."
