"These guys were amazing. They were the first ones to call after I submitted a request on Angie's List, and they came out the same afternoon. They did everything they could to keep the price of the repair down, including calling the furnace manufacturer to see if some of the parts were covered by warranty. Then they were willing to work with me when it ended up costing a bit more than I expected (something that was out of their control.) They lent me a few heaters to put in my kids' rooms overnight since the parts place had closed for the day by the time they knew what they needed. The level of care I received from this company was incredible - not something I expected at all. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
