"Quality materials were used. Design ideas were good. Overall work was well done, but cleanup and other small details weren't attended to. Owner was responsive, but the project manager/estimator needed to pay closer attention to the work as it was being done. The work was done when we were gone to avoid disruption. When we returned home, we found a mess in the laundry room, a paint clean-up mess in the bathroom, paint spatters on tile flooring, a pendant light installed crooked, blinds not rehung. A final walk through by the project manager would have caught most of this.

"Nick is a fast worker, but the work he has done for me has been done well. On one previous occasion he cleaned debris from my roof, rehung 2 interior doors, and repositioned 2 curtain rods in less than 1 hour. I will hire him again."
