"Santa Cruz Construction & Remodeling was hired to remodel a walk in pantry for us. during our consultation they made some recommendations we hadn't considered before, and offered to design a CAD drawing to better illustrate the project before we ever moved into any physical on site work. this worked very well for us because it allowed us to visually see how it would turn out. once we agreed on a revision they began searching for the cabinets we would need to fill our pantry, unfortunately lead times were excessive and didn't meet our needs for the timeframe we wanted this work completed.. Luckily, Erick had a backup option to build our custom cabinets in a fraction of the lead times available, locally at their woodshop; offering a variety of different wood species & color /finish options. we couldn't have been happier with the outcome and will be keeping them as our go-to contractors for all of our remodeling needs."

"If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I interviewed at least half a dozen companies to replace a 2008 4 ton, purchased when I bought my current home. I felt like I was buying a used car. I requested a quote on the identical system, and prices ranged from $7000 to $21000! Garabali brothers came in with both the best prices, best service and best after sales service. Cummings charged me $850 for a couple pounds of R410A when I arrived home after an overseas trip and my A/C wasn't cooling sufficiently. In addition there was a recall on the system they installed in 2008 and I was never infomed by them, so my system started leaking prematurely. They offered to refund the $850 if I purchased the system from them for over $16,000. I wouldn't buy a used bicycle from Cummings! Garabaldi was likea breath of fresh air. They showed up on time, completed the work as scheduled and perfomed after sales service until the system was running perfectly. I was so impressed that I also ordered a new gas water heater. My electricity bill has dropped from $250 a month to $150 +- running 24/7. It is 1/3 of the volume of the Cummings system. Don't waste yuor time getting quotes from the local cowboys, go straight to Garabaldi! You will save time and money and be eminantly satisfied with their work!"

"Called them on recommendation from Angi's list to diagnose and repair tiny (4 inch little puddle) water leak in front yard. Plumber said he shut off the water but still saw a bit of flow. Said only solution was to put in an entirely new main water line in a different area. Dug up out front yard, put in new line. Problem didn't go away. Came out 3 more times, each time puzzled why they had not solved the issue. On final call, he dug up some rocks (we are in Arizona) and found a small capillary tube from the irrigation system was cut and leaking. Turns out that was the cause of the puddle. None of the rest of the work was necessary, a complete mis-diagnosis. When plumber said he still read water running after it had been turned off, he made a mistake. There never was any other leak, rest of yard was bone dry (again, Arizona). Only issue was the irrigation line, he put a simple little rubber plug in irrigation line, problem went away! A mistake was made, owner won't own up to the mistake. I paid in full believing what they were telling me...until the problem was not solved. I tried to work out an amicable refund with the owner. He promised a call back after trying to get a return call for a week. Now refuses to call me."

"I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Dynamic Comfort LLC, A/C & Heating, regarding their unprofessional conduct, failure to honor warranty agreements, and delay in issuing a promised refund. On April 28, 2023, I purchased a 10-year warranty for $2,660. However, the company initially claimed I only had a 1-year warranty that had expired. After providing them with a picture of my contract, they acknowledged their error and agreed to add an additional year of service due to their failure to provide service during the first year. Dynamic Comfort finally came to service my units on June 22, 2024, after missing the scheduled appointment on June 7, 2024. At that time, they confirmed that both units were running efficiently. On September 16, 2024, I contacted the company because one of my units was not working. Their technician, Zack, evaluated the unit and quoted $3,500 for a new compressor with a 5-year warranty or $16,000 for a new unit (discounted from $20,000). He also mentioned that prices would increase by 40% next year. After negotiating, Zack initially agreed to apply the warranty cost towards the new unit. However, upon returning later that evening, he stated the warranty discount could not be honored, and the price would remain $16,000. Dissatisfied, I sought a second opinion from Ultra Air, who evaluated my unit and found it in excellent condition, requiring only a breaker replacement. I replaced the breaker for a few hundred dollars, and the unit has been running perfectly since then. I contacted Paul at Dynamic Comfort, explaining my loss of trust in their company and requesting a full refund of my warranty. Megan in the office assured me on September 20th that a refund check would be issued. On October 16, 2024, I received a check for only $620, accompanied by an invoice deducting $1,641 for service performed on April 23, 2023, which is inconsistent with the invoice I received. After calling Megan to address the discrepancy, she agreed and promised a corrected refund. As of November 6, 2024, no additional check has been received. On November 19th and 21st, I texted Paul for updates, but I have received no response. Dynamic Comfort LLCâ s actions demonstrate a lack of accountability, misrepresentation of services, and poor customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is not to be trusted!"

"We purchased a new AC and a new water heater through Goettl within the past 5 years. Their techs are friendly, but management is horrible and WOW are they insanely overpriced for the quality of work. They placed the AC unit in a position where it is impossible to change the filter unless I take the door to the closet off. They replaced my hose bib, which two weeks later began leaking (which they admitted was their mistake). They came out to find the leak and in doing so had to cut into my inside wall. They had a restoration company come out to look at the wall (which was supposed to be fixed on THEIR dime for THEIR mistake) and neither management through Goettl nor the restoration company ever called me back - for over 3 months of trying to get in touch with someone to come fix the wall!!! My wall is still not fixed and I have realized I must do it myself if I want it to be done. Not to mention, I was scammed into signing up for their $20/mo service last March. They now want $120 to c"
