The office personnel are efficient and courteous, the technicians (eight thus far) are competent and hard-working such that they finish on time or early. Every question and concern we have had is addressed quickly and the technicians are not only sharp but have enjoyable humor and personalities, admirable qualities for guys working hard in outdoor temperatures over 100 and who knows what it was in the attic. He was very thorough, cleaned and tuned everything up, and in addition, explained to me how the whole system worked, and what all those pipes and wires do, exactly. (Who knew there's a little light that blinks out a code if something is wrong?) Very happy with the service.

"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.
