"Seven months ago I entrusted Green Home Solutions to remediate the mold causing an irritating smell in my house. I had no choice but to find a temporary living situation while the work would be done. After two treatments totaling $4,180,00 and many conversations with the owner of Green Home Solutions to address the issue, it was clear his treatments were ineffective. Once I mentioned a refund, the owner proceeded to explain this was a â processâ and he would have to take â stepsâ to address the problem. I refused to pay for any other work. He offered several free treatments with a caveat that they would not eliminate the source only treat symptoms. Each predictably failed. At this point I had no confidence that Green Home Solutions possessed the ability to find and remediate the mold in my house.
