Despite the business being in Chandler, the owner's son came out on Sunday (he visits Tucson 2x month) and replaced the rollers, installed a new track, ground the top track to compensate for the new track, all in about an hours' time. He showed-up ahead of schedule, was very polite and friendly. Their rates are very reasonable for the excellent service they provide. Don't hesitate to call just because they're in Chandler.
