"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company."

"It went extremely well and they explained every detail and all options very clearly. Communicating with them was quite easy and they were impressively responsive. Quality work and contractors - price range within dollars of two other bids. Price went up when we realized I needed to pour new concrete - which, for many reasons ended up being a bonus but it did drive up the price considerably. They offered other options to the new concrete as well."

"Great! We bought a "lemon" that Sears refused to acknowledge over the past five years (know wonder they don't exist anymore). For five years we received an error message every 3-4 months from that Frigidaire refrigerator that the evaporative fan had given out, and it took 2.5-3.5 weeks for a tech to show up to repair it. Victor Herrera from A-Z Appliance Pro identified the problem, solved the problem, and confirmed that the "defective part" had its functioning impeded by icicles that were not supposed to form behind the panel protecting it--a design flaw! This refrigerator is and has always been a "lemon," he confirmed. For five years we were lied to by Sears and the company that carried their warranty contracts (by the way, they don't really cover food loss claims either). Mr. Herrera could have charged us nearly $400 to replace a part that was not defective, and we would have never been the wiser. Instead, he was honest, straight-forward and only charged us for a reasonable service call, plus, he gave us same day service."

"Our experience working with William Birchard Remodeling could not have been better! From the first consultation, we knew we were in great hands. Jennifer's designs brought home our dream kitchen! BJ and Jennifer were happy to workshop the plan until it was perfect, answering all our questions along the way. They have a great team of highly skilled contractors who are friendly and professional. The crew always left things incredibly tidy for a construction zone. Kevin, the project manager, kept us well-informed at each stage. As part of the project, we tore out the wall where we had marked our children's heights for five years. Kevin surprised us at the end of the project with a new portable height stick with all the old markings measured and labeled so we can continue the tradition wherever we go. Not only did we get a fantastic kitchen, but the entire process gave us peace of mind and assurance. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Excellent!!! I live in Tucson. Despite the business being in Chandler, the owner's son came out on Sunday (he visits Tucson 2x month) and replaced the rollers, installed a new track, ground the top track to compensate for the new track, all in about an hours' time. He showed-up ahead of schedule, was very polite and friendly. Their rates are very reasonable for the excellent service they provide. Don't hesitate to call just because they're in Chandler. They've serviced doors all the way to Sierra Vista! This is a family-run company whose service and prices are far superior to any corporate company."

"The work was performed well by Eric. My sole issue was the inclusion of a same-day charge of $150 for the work performed. I may have missed hearing that when the office said they have someone who could come to the house in late afternoon. I paid the invoice withe the same-day charge."

FAQs for shed, barn or playhouse repair projects in Tucson, AZ

You’ll know it’s time for a new shed roof if shingles curl or buckle, soft spots sag, or water stains appear inside. Moss or other plant growth on the surface is another red flag that moisture has breached the roofing layers. Replacing the roof quickly stops leaks from spreading, protects stored items, and saves you from costlier structural repairs down the road.

Choosing between a flat and a sloped shed roof comes down to climate, budget, and upkeep. A flat roof is cheaper up front, but still needs a slight pitch for drainage. A sloped roof sheds rain and snow more easily, lasts longer, and often needs less maintenance. Weigh your local weather patterns, the look you want, and how much time you’re willing to spend on upkeep before deciding.

A shed roof’s life span hinges on the material you choose and how well you maintain it. Most standard products last 15 to 30 years, while premium picks like slate or clay tile can protect the structure for 50 to 100 years. Regular inspections, fast fixes, and routine cleaning all help you reach the upper end of those ranges and keep your tools and gear dry year-round.
