We also had the vanity counter replaced with a new quartz top, new fixtures, a vanity-length mirror replaced with two lovely custom made mirrors, and a useless garden tub and old wall tiles removed, the area retiled and the walls replaced. The job was outstanding, completed right on schedule, totally professional, elegant and functional. "Gordon and his partner arrived and introduced themselves.  I showed them the three rooms and pointed out the extra soiled area in one of the rooms.
They started by placing plastic protection in all the corners where the hoses would be rubbing.   Brought in the equipment and started cleaning the rugs.  Before I knew it they were finishing and while Gordon was taking all the equipment back to the van, his partner measured  the area with tile for the proposal.
I received specific instructions when to place the small furniture back  as it would take 2 to 6 hours for the rugs to dry.  
The rugs look 100% better!!
