"We first called Gino almost a year ago, and didn’t really know exactly what we wanted to do. He gave us some good ideas, and we took some time to think about it. When we were finally ready and called him again, I wasn’t sure he would remember us, but he remembered everything we had talked about and even noticed a French door we had replaced. Gino definitely knows his job well. He suggested a paint color based on the type and color of flooring we selected, and after examining a dozen color cards, we ended up liking and choosing the one he suggested in the first place.
