He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. "I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. " Mr. Joshua Brown is truly a professional handyman and an individual with strong character.  He skillfully and quickly hung all my paintings and mirrors the following day and had finished with the first coat of paint in the master bedroom when he decided to take a look at my brand new dryer that wasn't working.  I had a feeling that the person that had installed it for me had not done it properly.  Mr. Brown, tried several different scenarios that all led to the fact that the dryer was working properly--it was heating up the clothes but they were still wet.  Mr. Brown had the thought to go outside to the vent to feel the stream of air that the dryer should have been pushing out.  That's when Mr. Brown realized that no air was being pushed out by the dryer--he realized that there had to be something blocking the air flow to the outside which was why the clothes were heating up but the humidity had no where to go so the clothes stayed damp.  Mr Brown cleverly took a coat hanger and straightened it out and pushed it as far as he could down the tube that leads from the dryer to the wall, through the garage and to the outside--and pulled out a watermelon sized ball of NASTY lint, hair, dust, etc that had been stuck there for at least 10 years!  Like I said, I have just moved in to this place and was horrified by what he discovered and then relieved when he told me that if he had not detected this, not only would the dryer continue to not work but it was just a matter of time before I had a house fire.  The tightly packed pile of lint, dust, etc is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE and I believe that Mr. Joshua Brown saved my life that day. 
What I would like to say about Mr. Brown is that he doesn't give up when his first attempt at fixing something doesn't work.  He is tenacious and diligent and takes pride in his work.  His skills cross many disciplines from painting to appliances to construction.  One additional skill that he possesses which is hard to find, is that he is a visualizer.  I have several ideas for future projects and he was able to visualize my project and make recommendations and suggestions based on what I described.  I liked that I could kind of give him the overarching idea of what I wanted to do and he could tell me the exact steps to take to get me there.  I enjoyed his happy disposition and was very comfortable continuing on with my daily routines at the house while he was there.  I highly recommend Mr. Joshua Brown and will be using his services again myself very soon.

"It was so easy.  I booked the service, the provider came over a week later and performed it, the gutters and downspouts were clean, and I hardly noticed the provider was even there working, except when his ladder was in front of one of my windows.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"I'm not really sure if I was happy or not with Air Duct Solutions. I just felt like the house was dusty. I was thinking that if they cleaned it out, it'll be a little more cleaner. I still have that problem. So, I'm not sure if I have to do it many times for maybe like a month or two. After that, it was so dusty. The pricing was pretty high. I spent a whole lot. I haven't had my air conditioning looped and they were saying that they should clean it. They priced me pretty much a whole lot just cleaning that. It was the main thing. It had to be cleaned because it was dusty. It's still dirty. I just want more information from them at least to understand what was going on and what I would be expecting."
