"We bought a house with a flooded basement and had Groundworks repair it so house could pass inspection. Even after last night's heavy rains, our basement is still dry! Would highly recommend!"

"We used Vesta Foundations for our driveway repair. Mike, Omar, and Rudy did an incredible job and were very professional. They explained the different phrases as they completed each repair which was very helpful. They used a foam to fill in the voids underneath our driveway and also sealed our joints and put a drainage system from our gutters to carry the water on down the side of the driveway."

"It went very well. I scheduled with the receptionist for the foundation inspector to look at my foundation concerns on December 29th, 2016. She was professional and made sure to call days in advance to change the time of day that the inspector was coming out. He came out; he was very professional and pleasant. He look at what I thought were foundation issues in my home and told me not to be concerned about it. He communicated that the foundation was in good shape. I appreciate the fact that this company is honest and trustworthy in that they will not try to sell you a foundation service nor product if, in their professional opinion, it is not needed."

"This is the first online review I have ever written. I'm taking the time to do this because I used this site to look for someone to do foundation repair. The reviews for Permalift were simply the best. I can now see why. Greg and his partner drove all the way from Oklahoma City to our home in Bartlesville to give us an estimate. They politely called ahead because one of their earlier appointments had not been home.  They arrived when expected.  They carefully inspected the exterior and interior walls for cracks, and in the end decided that we would be better off using one of their competitors because the type of pier that we needed was not one that they could provide. Their honesty, integrity, openness and general good nature was so refreshing. If you need foundation repair work, I would have absolutely no hesitation about calling Permalift. <br />"

"It was wonderful. They did a really good job and they're great to work with. The total project cost for fence and patio $9000. They were really great to work with and they were always in communication with me if they were going to be absent or late or something like that."

"I found Dorian Dyer's original paintings to be thought provoking and yet peaceful at the same time. <br /> He creates scenes of a simple and pure love using subjects such as eagles, geese, buffalo, people, the Earth, and the cosmos.  All of Dorian's art expresses a connection with one another and all life.   <br /> With an initial gaze at Dorian's paintings you may see an abstract or New Age piece of art, but when you relax and take a few moments to look deeper, an inner knowing of the masterpiece of all life will come forward.  There is love, beauty, and a gentle reminder of God's presence within each piece of art. <br /> <br />"

FAQs for foundation, basement or crawlspace waterproofing / encapsulation projects in Tulsa, OK

The most affordable way to waterproof your basement is with interior methods like waterproof paint, costing between $1 and $8 per square foot, or silicate concrete sealers priced at $4 to $6 per square foot. However, these solutions are only suitable for certain issues. If your basement moisture is due to more serious problems like a cracked foundation, you'll need more extensive (and costly) repairs.

Absolutely! Waterproofing your basement is a smart investment that can increase your home's value. By keeping your basement dry and free of moisture problems, you protect your home's structural integrity and make it more appealing to potential buyers. Plus, taking proactive measures now can prevent costly water damage repairs down the line.

The time required to waterproof a basement depends on the selected method. Some approaches to interior waterproofing, like paint or sealant, can be completed within a day. Installing new drains or weeping tiles will need at least two to three days of labor. Any forms of exterior waterproofing that require you to excavate land will require an additional three days of work to prepare the ground.

Yes, basement waterproofing can significantly increase your home's value. A dry, leak-free basement is a strong selling point for potential buyers, enhancing your property's desirability and market price. Investing in professional waterproofing not only protects your home's structural integrity but also ensures a healthier living environment by preventing mold and mildew growth.

Waterproofing both the interior and exterior of your basement offers the best protection against moisture. Exterior waterproofing stops water from penetrating your foundation, while interior methods manage any moisture that does enter. If you must choose one, exterior waterproofing is generally more effective, as it prevents water from reaching your home's interior in the first place.
