"Highly recommend. No one likes to have their life interrupted by appliances, but if you have to Joel Callahan is the one to call - professional, courteous, and honest. Joel was running late on the job before mine and called to let me know. He was courteous and let me know what was happening as he worked on my gas stovetop. When there was a snafu, he told me possible choices if it could not be fixed. He ended up being able to repair the stove with 2 trips to my house. This is the guy to call."

"David arrived in a timely manner and was courteous and professional. I had spoken to him the day before the appointment and he informed me that there would be a 55 dollars fee for the visit which would get folded into the actual cost of the repair should I decide to proceed. I had four appliance issues that needed to be addressed of which David successfully resolved 2. The others needed a replacement of the appliance and replacement of a part respectively...both of which I obviously did not proceed with. I ended up paying 180 dollars for the visit which felt a tad steep. I was expecting to pay anywhere between 100 to 125 dollars considering that only two items were actually repaired and an hour of work was what was needed. Other than that...I had no other issues."

"Service technician called ahead to let us know when he would arrive within the 4 hour window given at the time of scheduling.  He was on-time and immediately presented his business card and ID.  He was personable and professional.  The technician went right to work, quickly diagnosed the problem with our 8 year old refrigerator, and provided an estimate of total cost of repair.  He did not have the repair part on his truck but retrieved it from his warehouse in less than 30 minutes (that time was not charged to us)  and completed the work to our satisfaction."
