I hired Harmon & Harmon for some upgrades/repairs in a home I recently bought, including a major renovation of my attic (dark, unfinished space, bare studs) to be a fully finished room. Dennis saw the potential of the attic (which was huge & very open). Now fully finished, the attic has a beautiful composite wood-grain floor, finished walls, recessed lighting, full climate control with a mini-split, and he was even able to add a window with a view to the water. It is a huge room that now functions as a TV room for the kids with a big sectional couch, one corner is an extra closet/storage nook for my wife, & the gabled window area has table & chairs for reading and enjoying the view. Best thing about Dennis... 100% follow-through, 100% satisfaction. If I had an issue, he fixed it, period. Outstanding professionalism from start to finish. A+, 10/10!"

"Phillips Design was painting the exterior of neighbor's house. Because of an injury, I had been unable to finish staining a portion of one side of my house tha I had begun the previoius summer.. So, I wandered next door and spoke with one of the painters, Jude. Jude said it was something they could handle and took a look. He said he would have his father, Ben, send me a bid. Within two hours I received the bid, which was reasonable, and accepted it. I had the stain on hand and the next day day the job was started and completed. The cedar siding was weathered and took more coats than expected,. However, Jude kept at it and stayed until 6PM on a Friday evening to get the job done right. His commitment to perfection was admirable. The match to the previous work than I had done was spot on. I highly recommend Phillips Design."

"Don't work with Luxury Bath of Seattle!! Contacted Luxury Bath about remodeling two bathrooms at my property. Carlos Bezerra, Director of Operations, came to provide the bid. He diverted the work to his own company, Handy Buddy LLC, after indicating it was part of Luxury Bath. Corresponded with me via the entire project using his Luxury Bath e-mail. The project required significant rework and I had to finish a portion because he wouldn't fix some final items. 2 years later the work performed failed and I am now in the process of having it redone by a different contractor. Attempted to speak with Luxury Bath of Seattle owner, Raz Gunderman, numerous times. However, he has avoided all my attempts at communication. I have now had to obtain a lawyer to pursue a refund. Extremely dissatisfied."

"I wanted a sturdy shed built on my poured concrete slab. I knew how large I wanted it, but after that, I needed help. Nate worked with me to design, build and finish my 12x16 shed from start to finish. The process was efficient, and the shed is beautiful. Honestly, what I call a shed, would probably classify as a garage, had we installed a garage door, but that was not what I needed at the time. While working with Nate, I quickly recognized he could be trusted to find a solution to any problem. Next he helped me plan and built a matching railing for my home’s staircase, after I had previously removed an old rotting one. Again, this process was quick easy and friendly. The job included removing a window, and re-sizing two others; replacing siding on the exterior and matching our existing paint; re-sizing the living room archway; replacing kitchen and bath flooring with tile; removing a bathtub, re-arranging the bathroom and adding a large shower; moving a tankless water heater from outside to inside; re-routing gas and water for the washer and dryer; installing new appliances; installing cabinets and quartz countertops.
