"Do not use CRIMINAL KINGS! The construction con-artists Zak, Frank, Blake, Mary, Arielle, David, Mike, and their crew work as an organized crime ring to steal as much money from you before abandoning the project. My project was for a second story deck with gabled attached roof original estimate of $49K. They took $33K before trying to walk away. This was supposed to be completed within 2 weeks of the start date, and Frank tells us city of Tacoma does not require a permit. Attached dwellings and anything over 30 inches need a permit I later find out. They will not provide site plans. They will try to extort you for additional costs and fees. They will not be on site every day. They hire subcontractors (craigslist crew of misfits). They will do the work incorrectly. They will abandon the project. They will leave all their trash. I have been dealing with them for 9 months now and I have an incomplete and incorrect installation they refuse to fix. They have several L&I electrical citatio"
