"Prompt response to my request for service, great communication...very easy and pleasant to deal with...showed me what needed to be repaired and inspected other things to make sure that they were seemingly all ok. I personally am not a big fan of service fees that are not then absorbed or offset with work that is done, but to be fair as well, it is not uncommon either. I did appreciate the communication and quality of work done, and his knowledge of my hot tub (and just with respect to hot tubs in general) was evident."

"Dave is a really nice guy and explained to me things that I needed to know about wiring . Does good job and would hire him again . ."

"My experience with Advanced Restoration and Wateroroofing was very positive. The initial consulation with Marty was straight-forward and with no pressure. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation. It was a very positive experience and I recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing or foundation work done"

"Gary Lybrook is an honest, sincere professional. He was time efficient and I asked the other professional contractors to use him for the electrical portion of our project. We will have him back for other projects as we get to them. We were very satisfied with him and would recommend him."

"Very friendly, professional, and efficient!"
