Representative came to home on appt. call.  He presented his products with explanation about the products and recommended what he thought would be best for our situation. We chose the product that we wanted and the rep. made out the contract. The company stayed in contact with us about the windows delivery because it was a special order. As soon as the windows came in, the contractors were on the job.  The windows were installed in a timely manner and there was no mess to clean . Only one thing is off key. One window ledge is slanted  and anyone can tell that it is slanted. our overall experience was great. Just forgot to send in review for Discount on 5 windows. Hope this is not too late to receive discount.[sincerely].
